Pam Marinko

Founder and CEO

As CEO and Founder of Proficient Learning, Pam’s mission is to enable life sciences companies to empower their people to be better at what they do. She strives to live a purposeful life where she takes her team, partners, and clients together on this journey where they ultimately make a difference in patients’ lives.

Her passion for empowering people and helping them achieve more became the core driver of her career journey, and she has immersed herself in leading, coaching, training, and professional development. Her experience in sales goes back to 1988. Specializing in sales and marketing in the life sciences industry presented her with high impact challenges and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients. After taking on roles with increasing responsibility and scope, including account management and training responsibilities, it was the training role where she felt at home.

Pam started a sales training and technology company, Proficient Learning, LLC in 2005, combining all the experience of her work with global pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer, UCB, and aai Pharma.

Kristin Hall

Vice President of Training Operations

Kristin Hall lead’s Proficient Learning’s Training Operations with over 15 years in the Pharma and Lifesciences industry and over 20 years’ experience in training. Kristin is responsible for customer relationships, project management, training design and development and overall operations for the company. Her oversight includes decision-making authority, strategy development, and engagement with varying business functions and clients while best advising efficient and effective outcomes that support Proficient Learning’s business strategy.

Kristin is passionate about helping people and life sciences organizations be better, achieve more, and work smarter together. She is a life-long learner and believes through research and collaboration we can continue to innovate and re-engineer how we do things. This pairs well with her when she was recognized in 2015 as one of the global Top 5 Emerging Training Leaders by Training Magazine. She was also recognized by WILMA Magazine as a WILMA Woman to Watch in 2018.

Rebecca Nitollo

Director of Sales

Rebecca Nittolo leads sales, strategy, and deployment of Omni·coach at Proficient Learning, LLC. Rebecca is uniquely qualified to lead our approach to this breakthrough coaching excellence technology. With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, she has truly touched all aspects of the ecosystem. Rebecca has been an award-winning representative and district sales manager. She also been a sales trainer and training manager for the launch of a new product and division. In her most recent position, she spent 10 years designing, developing, and executing sales training programs for the life sciences industry. She has been the recipient of coaching, delivering coaching, designed training programs to develop both new and tenured sales professionals, and received several leadership awards.

Rebecca is an inspirational leader that brings out the best in people to create innovative ideas and achieve new heights. She is a strategic partner to her clients, finding creative solutions to deliver value and results.
